Wiltshire Close is a well liked estate where residents live happily from all different backgrounds, the estate is owned and managed by housing department at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the estate is also managed by the Residents Association (RA). Its history dates back more than 500 years to the time of Jeremiah Wiltshire working the land. Its residents and building have changed and adapted over the centuries since the past.  For the history of our estate click the history button.

The current residents association would like to ensure the needs and aspirations of the people that call Wiltshire Close their home are heard, residents' associations serve as a unified voice for residents, allowing them to express their concerns and aspirations to landlords, local councils, and other relevant bodies.

The RA organize events and activities to foster a sense of community spirit and encourage residents to participate in local affairs, residents associations can influence decisions made by local authorities regarding housing, planning, and other community-related matters.

                      🎉 Exciting News – We've Secured Funding!

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured funding from CLLL to help bring our community together through a fantastic programme of events.

This funding allows us to create opportunities for residents to meet new people, have fun, celebrate our diverse community, and make lasting memories. Our committee and volunteers have been working hard behind the scenes to plan activities that everyone can enjoy, and we can't wait to share them with you.

🌊 Day Trip to Bournemouth Beach
A wonderful day by the seaside for residents to relax, have fun and enjoy the fresh sea air together.

🎉 Summer Fun Day
We're excited to be partnering with the Wiltshire Close Garden Club for a Summer Fun Day packed with games, entertainment, activities and refreshments for the whole family.

🛍️ Community Boot Sale
Whether you're looking for a bargain or want to sell some unwanted items, come along, support your neighbours and enjoy a great community atmosphere.

🍽️ Community Food & Culture Day
Join us in celebrating the wonderful diversity of our community by bringing along a favourite dish from your country or cultural heritage for everyone to sample.

If you would like to, we also invite you to wear traditional or cultural clothing to celebrate your heritage. It will be a colourful and welcoming event where we can learn about each other's cultures, enjoy delicious food, and bring our community closer together. Whether you wear traditional dress or simply come along to enjoy the festivities, everyone is warmly welcome.

🎭 Christmas Theatre Trip
To round off the year, we'll be organising a festive theatre trip in December. It's the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit, enjoy a wonderful performance, and spend time together as a community.
